So since my last post I have researched and tried out some new fitness DVDs. Some were suggested and some I saw on TV. (Why is it that most workout DVD infomercials are on in the middle of the night???) So I haven't found one I really like yet and I am open to more suggestions. I am currently tracking my physical activity and food intake on sparkpeople.com and so far love it. I am learning to be accountable for the stuff I "stuff" in my mouth and am staying out of the kitchen later at night. I also am gagging down more water. I don't know why it is so hard but the mix-ins help so much! Well off to work out with my hubby and then to clean my house. Have a great day everyone!!
